this is lefty. we found her in river falls a couple of weekends ago walking home. she is missing her right ear and has a terrible cold. while painting rachel/kara's living room wall- lefty got into the paint and left a trail of prints all over their kitchen and living room floors.

how bizarre

the nelsons

i always enjoy seeing a photo of my parents and i. it is rare we ever have one taken.
my aunt sent me the link this morning. we are outside at my cousin jane's wedding on the 5th of july.



it's funny sometimes when i look back on photographs of myself with family/friends- i feel like im looking at this uninformed version of myself. a kid that knew nothing about how bad or incredible the following day, week, (s), or months would be. but i remember when this image was taken, and look back on it as that tiny lull that takes place in movies right before the climax.

four months to the day i'm writing this. i've cramed a lot in :).

and my dad's tie is awful.
